Delivery and Shipping

At Stripe & Wild, everything is custom made to order , we do not hold any stock items and as such our turnaround is usually 10 days from ordering to dispatch, though we often ship sooner.

Delivery time is separate from our turnaround time, so please factor this in when ordering.

If you need an order for a specific date, contact us before purchasing, and we’ll do our best to help. We may be able to accommodate urgent requests - just ask!

Shipping:

• UK: Sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked (delivery aim is 48 hours after dispatch). Tracking available on request. Lost parcel claims can only be made 10 working days after posting. We offer replacements or store credit once Royal Mail resolves the case.
• International (excluding EU & NI): Shipped via Royal Mail Standard Tracked (other carriers available upon request).
• EU & Northern Ireland: As of December 2024, we can’t ship to these regions due to new regulations. Orders placed with a NI address will be refunded—our sincerest apologies.

We ship worldwide from the UK.
