Delivery and Shipping
- Everything at stripe&wild is made to order and lot of our lovely bits are customs, so we do say to allow 3 weeks from placing your order to dispatch (especially during busy periods!) however we should be able to get things out to you quicker than this.
- Delivery time is NOT included in our turnaround time, please take this into account when ordering
- If you have a specific event or date that you're ordering for, please contact us BEFORE ordering - we'll do our best!
- We're more than happy to look at speedy emergency orders, just give us a shout and we might be able to help!
- We send everything in the UK with Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked, please note the ‘48 Hour’ means Royal Mails delivery aim after you receive your dispatch email and does not take our turnaround time into account. Tracking numbers are available on request. Any issues with delivery or lost parcels can only raised by us opening a case with Royal Mail 10 working days after the order was posted (UK, 21 days for overseas). We operate a replacement or store credit policy only for lost items, which can only be issued when the case has been investigated and resolved.
- We ship world wide using Royal Mail Standard tracked shipping. Other options and carriers are available upon request. We ship from the United Kingdom - as of 1st January 2021 the UK is no longer a part of EU therefore customs fees / charges may apply to shipments overseas and are not included in our shipping costs. Any such charges are payable by the customer, please check your specific country’s import regulations before ordering if unsure. We are unfortunately not responsible for any parcels not cleared by customs and returned to us. Due to the seasonality of our products and the time it can take for customs returns we are unable to offer a refund in such cases, but can re-send the original items once returned back to us. Please be aware if you are purchasing for overseas.
- IMPORTANT: Delivery to REPUBLIC OF IRELAND Please note that of late nearly all shipments to Ireland are experiencing difficulties, in relation to additional customs fees and parcels ‘failing’ customs and being returned to us despite all the appropriate paperwork being completed. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and we kindly ask our customers in Ireland to consider this before ordering.
