How long will my order take?

Everything is made to order and we do a lot of custom orders, so we do say allow up to 4 weeks from placing your order to dispatch, especially during busier periods. Turnaround time does not include postage time. If you’re ordering for a specific date or event please send us a message before hand to discuss so we can help to ensure everything arrives on time.

What size should I order?

Please check our sizing page for measurements. If you are unsure or between sizes we suggest sizing up, or drop us an email to discuss your order

How can I take care of my new purchase?

Our tops are made with lovely soft cotton, and hand-finished with velvety flocking and our amazing vinyl prints. They're beautiful but they're delicate and we want you to enjoy them for as long as you can. So please take care of us when washing. Ideally gently hand wash or a cool 30/40 degree cycle. We really don't love the tumble drier or radiators so try and dry our stuff flat or hanging. If you're lucky to have any time to iron we would say cool iron us on the reverse and avoid the transfer area. The flocked vinyl can attract 'bits' -  by gently using a lint roller on it, or even a bit of sticky tape rolled inside out gently over the lettering you can easily remove this.

Can I get a refund?

Most of our lovely bits are made to order, and some customised to your exact requirements, so unfortunately we're unable to offer refunds on personalised items unless the item is faulty. So please check your order carefully before you click and consult our sizing chart too! If you have any questions please drop us a message or an email before hand. Non personalised items, where the prints etc are not chosen by the customer can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of purchase providing they are unworn and in their original condition. Customers will need to cover the returns postage with a postal service of their choice.

We ship world wide using Royal Mail - UK you can choose first class or 48 hour tracked and International is tracked only. Other options and carriers are available upon request
