Order Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch, especially during busy periods. This does not include shipping time. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before purchasing.

Care Instructions

Hand wash or use a cool (30/40°C) cycle. Avoid tumble dryers and radiators—dry flat or hanging. Iron inside out on a cool setting, avoiding the transfer area. Our full-color transfers last 50+ washes without peeling or fading.

Returns & Exchanges

As items are made to order, we offer exchanges or store credit only (unless faulty). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Multi-buy discounts will be factored into store credit. Custom/personalized items are non-returnable. To arrange an exchange, email us at returns@stripeandwild.com with your order number.

Shipping

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail (UK 48-hour tracked & International tracked). Other carriers are available on request. Customers are responsible for any customs fees.
