Order Processing Time

At Stripe & Wild, everything is custom made to order , we do not hold any stock items and as such our turnaround is usually 10 days from ordering to dispatch, though we often ship sooner. Delivery time is separate from our turnaround time, so please factor this in when ordering.

Care Instructions

Hand wash or use a cool (30/40°C) cycle. Avoid tumble dryers and radiators—dry flat or hanging. Iron inside out on a cool setting, avoiding the transfer area. Our full-color transfers last 50+ washes without peeling or fading.

Returns & Exchanges

As items are made to order, we offer exchanges or store credit only Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Multi-buy discounts will be factored into store credit. Custom/personalized items are non-returnable. To arrange an exchange, email us at returns@stripeandwild.com with your order number.

Shipping

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail (UK 48-hour tracked & International tracked). Other carriers are available on request. Customers are responsible for any customs fees.
