Returns Policy
Because we make everything to order we operate an exchange or store credit returns policy only, unless the items are faulty.
Customers will need to cover the returns postage with a postal service of their choice. We are not able to refund original postage costs.
If your items was purchased as part of a multi buy offer your store credit will be the item price minus the equivalent of the amount the multi buy discount equates to per item.
Custom orders or any items which contain names, dates or years are excluded from our exchange or store credit policy.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange and return your items.
