Returns Policy

As all our items are made to order, we offer exchanges or store credit for returns, except in cases where the item is faulty.

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs using a postal service of their choice. We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure proof of return and delivery. Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable.

For items purchased as part of a multi-buy offer, store credit will be issued based on the item’s price minus the proportional multi-buy discount applied per item.

Exclusions: Custom orders or any items personalized with names, dates, or years and iron on transfers are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange and return your items.
