As all our items are custom made to order, we offer exchanges or store credit for returns, except in cases where the item is custom and has been made up incorrectly
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs using a postal service of their choice. We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure proof of return and delivery. Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable.
For items purchased as part of a multi-buy offer, store credit will be issued based on the item’s price minus the proportional multi-buy discount applied per item.
Exclusions: Custom orders or any items personalised with names, dates, or years and iron on transfers are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange and return your items.

Order cancellation of items which have not yet been made are at our discretion and subject to a small fee which reflects the cancellation charges imposed on us by our own payment processors - please contact us for further details
